These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the First Call Flow platform and services (the "Service") provided by First Call Flow, LLC ("First Call Flow," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
First Call Flow provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform for field service businesses, including automated voice agents, SMS dispatch, estimating tools, and customer communication workflows. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
By using First Call Flow's SMS and voice features, you agree to the following:
First Call Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate messaging laws or carrier requirements.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You represent that you have the right to provide us with any customer data you input into the Service and that doing so does not violate any applicable privacy law or third-party rights.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by First Call Flow and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of data and content you provide to us.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Retell AI, Telnyx, and others. Your use of those integrations is subject to those providers' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRST CALL FLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO FIRST CALL FLOW IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Call Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State].
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
